With over 20 years of experience in property and construction management, residential and commercial construction, and land development, we bring real-world knowledge to every inspection. That experience allows us to understand how homes are built, how they age, and where problems are most likely to develop—especially in New Mexico’s unique climate, soil conditions, architecture, and building materials such as adobe.
We are a member in good standing of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and we strictly follow established Standards of Practice and a professional Code of Ethics.
